Royals Coaching Hub – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to www.royalscoachinghub.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by EM Sporting Holdings Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Platform and its services. By accessing or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

The Platform offers online courses in a self-paced format or with a fixed completion timeline as stated on the course page. Access to a course is granted only after full payment is received through the designated payment gateway. Course content is available only to registered users and is non-transferable.

Once enrolled and paid, users will retain lifetime access to the course, even if the course is later archived or removed from public listings. Archived content may be hosted in a separate section of the platform and will remain available to registered users.

Each course is priced individually. The price displayed on the Platform is final and must be paid before course access is granted. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• A confirmation email,
• A downloadable invoice,
• Access to your personalized learning dashboard.

From time to time, the Platform may offer limited access to free content, trial courses, or freemium experiences. Completion of free or trial content does not entitle the user to certification or full platform features unless the paid version is purchased or upgraded.

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Partial course completion,
• Missed deadlines,
• Technical issues outside our control.

Upon successful completion of a course (defined by course-specific completion criteria), a digital certificate will be issued in the name of the registered user. The certificate name is based on your account information at the time of registration and cannot be changed or transferred.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to:

• Share login credentials with others
• Record, download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share course materials in any form
• Use bots, automation tools, or screen capture software to extract or scrape content

Any such activity will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may invite legal action.

While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages. No compensation will be provided for temporary inaccessibility.

From time to time, the Platform may use third-party tools or services (e.g., for surveys or feedback collection). While we strive to ensure secure and reliable services, we are not liable for any issues arising from the use of such third-party platforms.

All Platform content—including videos, images, text, and course materials—is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

If you are an academy, school, or institution interested in purchasing access for multiple learners, please contact us for a customized licensing agreement. The standard Terms and Conditions are applicable only to individual users and not group or institutional use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Louis, Mauritius.
